2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), open plan kitchen, large lounge/diner with "everyday use" double sofabed, bathroom and additional separate toilet.
Flat 3
1st floor (sleeps 2). Double bedroom (extra small single bed on request), open plan kitchen,
west facing lounge/diner, bathroom.
Flat 4
1st floor (sleeps 2 to 4). Bedroom has a double bed (extra small single bed on request), large lounge/diner with "everyday use" double sofabed, small kitchen, shower-room.
Please note each flat has a few internal steps.
The Cottage
The Cottage is set in the corner of the Woodcliffe grounds.
Ground Floor - lounge with double sofabed, small kitchen and bathroom. Stairs to:
1st Floor - one large double bedroom (extra small single bed on request).
Very private sun trap deck area.

South facing with great sea views. All have 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Apartments A & B: Ground floor with patio, "everyday use" sofabed (sleep 4 to 6).
Apartments C & D: 1st floor with open plan kitchen & large sea-view balconies (sleep 4).
"Garden Flat": Ground floor, ensuite walk-in shower, "everyday use" double sofabed (sleeps 4 to 6).
