Booking Information

Having checked availability online, to confirm a booking please e-mail or phone, we'll then give you payment details.

We ask for a 1/3rd deposit on booking, the balance is due one month before arrival.

If we are unable to be open for any reason, we will refund all monies or transfer to another agreeable date.

You may wish to take out separate holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation - a provider is www.guestfirst.co.uk

You may occupy the apartment anytime from 3.30pm, we'll give you arrival instructions so you can show yourselves in, we'll then check you're okay (approximate arrival time would be useful). On your leaving day, we ask that you vacate the flat by 9.30am so we may clean for the people following.

Woodcliffe and Seaview do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your property or person or any other loss howsoever caused or incurred. On rare occasions, when required, we reserve the right to move your booking to similar accommodation within Woodcliffe or Seaview. Smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings at Woodcliffe.

We provide (free of charge) - bed linen (except for cots), tea towels, cots and/or high chairs (when pre-booked), but not personal towels.

If you choose to use the sofa beds, they are very comfortable - designed for every day use, the mattresses are nearly as thick as a normal double bed and all the bedding is stored within them.

Dogs are welcome in certain apartments by prior arrangement - for the benefit of other guests including children and allergy sufferers, we do ask that dogs are kept on a short lead in our grounds, out of the bedrooms, and not left alone. No puppies please.

Finally, we ask that you let us know of any problems - e.g. the shower water pressure should be good, the TV reception good and the tin opener should work! People often don't like to say, but they suffer and so will the next people - you'll be doing us and the next visitors a favour by telling us.

In return for a good stay, we hope you will tell your friends.
